Email setting groups all options that affect email sending, and deliverability. It is really important to understand what each option does and how it can affect your Autoklose experience.

Tracking domain - Autoklose has many domains for the purpose of tracking, and one appointed to your team will be presented here. Of course, there is an option to add custom tracking domain, the one that will look more familiar to your recipients and in the end help with reaching better deliverability. More information about this really important feature can be found here.

Connect Email - option to connect account to available Email connection. The notification above this option tells how many connections are available for the account. By default, all subscription-based accounts have access to 2 email connection slots which means that 2 different email accounts can be connected at the same time. In case there is a need for more connections, please check this article to find out what is the easiest way to purchase more.
Gmail/Gsuite and Microsoft 365 accounts can be connected directly, and many others using IMAP/SMTP credentials. Learn how to connect email account in this article.

The first email connection will be set as default, with more, an option to choose and set a Default account will appear. Learn more about Multiple Email Connections here.

Once at least one email account is connected, the Manage and option will appear with some basic information like the type of the connection (GMAIL, OFFICE, IMAP/SMTP, and SMTP only), email address, sender's name, and sending speed.
In case there are multiple email connections, the Make Default option is also visible. The default email connection will appear in the FROM field in Campaign settings (Step 1). Of course, this can be changed in the campaign at any time.

Clicking on the Manage button gives a way to change and set specific email account settings.

Email signature - compose new, or paste HTML code of existing signature (using source code option). This article explains how to add and save signature from external sources. Once saved, token {{Signature}} can be used in campaigns and templates to automatically add signature from this setting.
Every connection can have a different email signature.

Sending email speed - Depending on email account capabilities, sending limit in Autoklose can be increased to up to 500 emails per day per connection. Many providers have different limitations, before setting this value, check what is the safe sending limit for your email account. Read this article for more information.

CC & BCC emails - email addresses added here will be included in all campaigns unless excluded in campaign settings. This text fully explains CC and BCC in Autoklose.

Email Alias - or alias is used to mask real sending email account. Please check this article to check all pros and cons of this approach.

Reading interval - value set here represents how often will Autoklose check your Inbox for new replies. The default value is 5 minutes. Setting it on the higher number or disabling it would make bounce and reply handling harder.

Sender's Full Name - by default it will be set to name from Account settings, but every connection can have different.

Email Ramp-up - available to Advanced Kloser and higher subscription packages, this option is a great way to safely increase sending speed of the connection. Find out more here.

Additional Mailbox Folders - enable or disable the creation of additional folders, where Out of Office and Auto replies will be moved once Autoklose recognizes them in your Inbox. Read more about this option here.

Disconnect This Account - in case there are connection issues, as part of the re-connection or change email account process email account can be disconnected. All campaigns with that email account will move to Paused status.

Accounts connected using the "Connect Google" button, have an additional option to choose "Sending type".

There are two types of sending: via API and SMTP, where SMTP provides a bit more flexibility, less dependency on rate limits, and is overall simpler for basic email sending.

All newly connected Google accounts are by default set to OAuth sending via SMTP.
