Typically, email clients automatically show the initial text lines as a preview of the email content. However, if you prefer to craft your own, you can now achieve this by utilizing the Preview Text field.
This option is available in all Inbox options (Compose Email, Reply, Reply All, and Forward), Template section (Create/Edit template or Saved Email), and Campaign Step 4 (Customize Template).

Please note that the Preview Text field is limited to 150 characters.

This field is completely optional, and if left empty, the recipient's email client will resort to its default method of displaying a preview, usually by extracting the first sentence, line, or paragraph from the email body.
