Save one email as a template

The Saved Emails feature is a bit different than templates. Templates save all emails from the sequence, the delay between them, automated actions and other options like threading (Send email as a reply to the previous one) or A/B test. Only one email can be saved and later re-used with the help of the Save Email feature.

What's even better is that this email can be saved from anywhere: when creating a campaign, composing a new email on the Inbox page, or from within Templates.

Create and save email from the Templates section page.
Go to the Templates page, click on Saved Emails Tab. Click on the New Email button to create an email.

When done, hit the Save Changes button first and Cancel to navigate back to the Saved Emails page.

Delete Email on the bottom right side in editor, will do exactly that, completely delete all content and saved email from the Templates section.

The Edit and Delete options are available for existing Saved emails. When in desired Saved Email, move the mouse pointer to the right, select Edit, or hit 3 dots to reveal the Delete option.

Create, save and use Saved Emails from the Inbox page.
Go to the Inbox page and click on the Compose New Email button. Once done with writing an email, hit Save Email at the bottom, name it, and confirm by clicking "save."

All Saved Emails can be used on Inbox page. To access them, hit Compose New Email (or Reply, Reply All, Forward), and in the subject line field, click on the Saved Emails dropdown menu on the right side. Please note that only saved emails will show up here.

It is important to mention that emails sent from the Inbox page do not function in the same way as Campaign emails, and tokens (other than Signature) might not work properly, especially if there are multiple recipients (To: field) or not already saved/existing contacts. The use of tokens is not recommended on the Inbox page.

Create, save and use Saved Emails directly from the Campaign.

While creating or editing a campaign, in Step 4, an already saved email can be added using the appropriate option on the right side of the Subject line field.

This option will be available for every email in the sequence.
To save email composed in campaign editor use the Save Email button at the bottom toolbar.

Saved emails are a perfect choice for individual email sending from the Inbox page, or for use in Decision tree campaigns, while regular templates are better suited for standard campaigns with Automated actions.
