Billing tab of the Settings page. This tab contains all the information related to payments. Credits. How to upgrade your account?

The Billing section shows your current subscription plan.

Please note that the Billing section is available only under the Manager's account

Subscription Plan:

To change your current subscription plan, click the Change Subscription button. You can pay for your subscription on a monthly or annual basis.

When you choose your preferred billing cycle and enter the credit card information, you can activate your subscription.

The renewal date is visible in this section. Please note that the subscription will auto-renew if it is not canceled before this date.

It’s possible to upgrade or downgrade your subscription from this section. In case there are any issues with this process, please contact Support.

Team Members:

You can also create a team and pay for another Autoklose seat for your team.

To purchase more accounts click on the “Manage slots” button and choose how many accounts you wish to add.

Please note that from this section you can only add your accounts on the basis of the main account. For example, if the manager account is on a yearly deal, added team slots are on an annual subscription as well.

When adding additional team slots to your subscription on either an annual or monthly plan, and if the subscription is already in progress, you will not incur a full sum for the extra slots. Instead, the billing will be prorated to reflect only the remaining duration of your current billing cycle. This ensures fair and transparent pricing, allowing you to seamlessly expand your team without being charged for unused time.

Invoice History:

This section contains payment information related to all charges to your credit card.

You can Download each invoice from this section and in case there are unpaid or overdue invoices, an option to Pay directly is available.
Simply hover over the invoice, and additional options will appear on the right side.

If you don’t want to commit to our DataUnlimited add-on but still want to have the ability to download contacts from it, you can purchase credits for yourself and your team member(s).

To purchase credits, click on Buy Credits Now and choose the package that works for you.

After the purchase has been made, you will see how many Spent, Total (purchased), and Remaining credits you have left under the credits tabs.

You can share your credits with your team member(s) by clicking on the Send Credits button. Once you’re there you can choose how many credits you wish to send and to which team member.

Credit Logs clearly show how you’ve managed your credits across the account.

You will be able to access your credits in the second step of the campaign flow. This article covers the use of credits in detail.

The overlay is the same as for DataUnlimited, meaning that you will have a comprehensive set of filters for list segmentation.

You can download the number of contacts equal to the number of remaining credits or buy more credits.

Please note: 1 credit equals 1 contact. There’s no expiration date on the credits. Credits cannot be converted back to real money. If you send the credits to your team member, there will be no way of returning the credits from a team member to a team manager.

Autoklose Komposer:

To be able to use this great AI feature it is necessary to first purchase Komposer slots. Click the Manage Slots button and select how many to purchase.

By default, added Komposer slots are set to the monthly billing cycle. Find out more about how to purchase and use Komposer slots here.

Cancel Subscription:

You cancel your account at any time if necessary. Upon cancellation, your account will stay active until the current billing cycle ends, and there won't be any further charges. It's important to note that deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel your subscription; these are two distinct actions requiring separate processes. Once the account is canceled, ongoing campaigns will automatically pause, and you won't be able to create new campaigns. You'll retain access to your account and data temporarily. For additional details, refer to the cancellation policy outlined in the Terms of Service.
