It is possible to copy the font formatting when pasting text from external sources (Microsoft Word, Google Doc,...) into the Autoklose campaign.

Usually, this is not such a good idea since the external formatting can conflict with Autoklose font and text options, can contain fonts that are not supported or recommended for use in emails, etc.

For this reason, Autoklose implemented the option to remove the formatting from copy-pasted text.

When in the Template or Campaign editor, upon pasting text, a blue pop-up with the option to Remove Formatting will show up in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

If you miss this pop-up, don’t worry - you can access the same option via the toolbar in the email editor. Navigate to 3 dots in the upper-right corner and choose "Remove formatting for this email.”

Please note that it is highly recommended to delete and re-insert any tokens that have been copied from an external source.

Now you can add and apply the formatting from the editor toolbar, or use HTML to format text.
