Autoklose has an API connection with Office 365, but in case you are using Outlook or Microsoft Exchange account, you won’t be able to connect your email using this option.

If this is the case, the connection is possible using IMAP.

To set up an Outlook/Exchange account, make sure that you have IMAP enabled (which most accounts do have) and that email account settings are correct (server/hostname, port, SSL and password). You can find this information in your email client app settings or you can ask your IT administrator or your ISP support specialist about it.

Here are the generic settings for Outlook:

Fill out your email address and password for your email account.

Please note: In rare cases, you might need to use username instead of the email address.

If you have two-factor (or multifactor) authentication, you need to enter a 16-digit password instead of your email account password

IMAP: outlook.office365.com, Port 993, Auth method SSL

SMTP: smtp.office365.com, Port 587, Auth method TLS

Your server may not support encryption. This is perfectly fine, so just chose None.

Please note: These are the most common settings for Outlook accounts, but we highly recommend you make sure those are the right ones for your account.

Click Save to connect or Cancel to discard changes. It might take up to 3 minutes to connect to your account. If there are any errors those will be visibly displayed at the bottom of the screen.

There are a lot of Microsoft Exchange servers out there, so settings may differ.

Do you have 2-step verification enabled?

If yes, here's the link on how to generate an app password for Outlook accounts, and the link for Exchange accounts.
