There are few ways in Autoklose to export campaign results.
Campaign recipients:
You can export the recipients in your campaigns along with some basic statistical information. An exported file will look like this:
Go to the Campaigns page.
Find and click on the campaign you want to see the results for
When on the Details tab, click on the Download Recipients button.
2. Campaign statistics:
You can export each statistic in your campaigns. An exported file will look like this:
Go to your campaigns page here
Find and open the campaign you want to see the statistics for
Choose and open which statistics you want to export (Sent, Opened, Clicked, Replied)
Select at least one recipient and hit the "Export CSV" button
The exported file contains information specific to the activity.
Sent - Contact details and campaign Phase of sent email, recipient Status, and Timestamp when the email was sent.
Opened - Contact details and campaign Phase of opened email, recipient Status, and Timestamp when the email was opened.
Clicked - Contact details and campaign Phase of clicked link, recipient Status, Timestamp when the link was clicked, and link URL.
Replied - Contact details and campaign Phase of email that was replied to, recipient Status, and Timestamp when the email was replied to.
