Drive engagement and conversions by adding personal video to your sales outreach!

A well-crafted video is a powerful tool for your sales outreach. 

Some statistics show that people would rather watch a video than read an endlessly long email. 

Vidyard is a great way to add a personal touch to your emails by embedding a video in your email body. 

Embedding the video will give you nice and clean email content without looking spammy and URL-heavy. 

Autoklose has a native integration with Vidyard which means that our users have the freemium version of Vidyard when signing up through the Autoklose system. 

Start by signing up to Vidyard directly from the Autoklose Campaign Customization Step, or sign in to your account if you already have one. 

You can upload one of the existing videos from your account’s library, or record a brand new one from the same screen you’re on. 

If you have a video stored on your cloud or desktop and you would like to embed it in your email it is also possible - you can upload your own videos to Vidyard. This platform is all about personalization and recording your own videos, which will allow you to avoid uploading generic content. 

If you want to record a video with audio, our recommendation is to install Google Chrome GoVideo Vidyard plugin (if you are not using Chrome browser or you’re not sure if the plugin will be compatible with your devices, make sure to read the linked article from the Vidyard knowledge base), and then you can record screen and audio in 3 easy clicks. You can reuse them later in your emails. 

These videos will be also tracked as a part of your CTR statistics where you can see what recipient played the video. Vidyard will also send you an email with the same information plus the percentage of how long the recipients actually watched the video.
