If there is a need to remove the whole domain from all active campaigns, and not to send any future emails to them, there is an easy and straightforward way.
Log into your Autoklose account.
Click on your initials at the top-right corner of the main page.
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Click on the “DNE domains” tab.
Click on "Add Domain" or "Upload CSV"
Option to export a list of all or just the selected domains that are included in the list Do Not Email is available through the "Download CSV" button. Just select desired domains or select everything, press the "Download CSV" button, and the file download will start soon after.
Filter on the right side can be used to narrow down the selection, per the date, when Do not Email domains were added on. Only domains added between dates set in the filter will be shown, and it will be possible to view or remove only the desired ones.
In case there is a need to remove the domain from this list, select it and hit the Remove button from the toolbar.
Once the domain is removed from the DNE list, contacts from that domain will remain in the Do not email list. In case there is a need to remove them, it must be done manually from the Contacts page.
