Changing the emails' copy or content while the campaign has been scheduled and/or running.

YES! You can always change email content/follow-ups. 

  • Log into your Autoklose account.

  • Click on the Campaigns button on the left. 

  • Choose the campaign that you want to update by clicking on it.

  • After that, click on the “Edit campaign” button

  • Choose which part of campaign to change or adjust by clicking on the "Edit" button for Campaign info (leads to Step 1 of the campaign), Recipients (step 2), or Sequence which leads to the campaign email editor in step 4.

  • Once done with editing, click the “Update” button in the upper-right corner. 

  • Click the "Resume" button on the "Campaign Review" (step 5)

  • Alternatively, it can be activated from the Campaign single page. Click on the “Resume campaign” button, confirm the action in the pop-up box, and your campaign will continue regularly.


Keep in mind that the changes you make won't affect the emails that were already sent. 

Important note: change of order or deletion of any email from the sequence which sending already started will result in issues with campaign scheduling and will most likely prevent any future sending inside that campaign. In the case of this issue, the only workaround is the creation of a new campaign.
