It’s possible to use your alias. 

• Log into your Autoklose account.
• Click on your initials at the top-right corner of the main page.
• Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
  
• Click on the “Email” tab.
• Click Manage under desired Email Connection/Account
  
• Find the “Email Alias” box.
• Click on the Change button within the box.
• Enter your alias in the "Email Alias" field. 
  
• Click on the Save changes button.

Please do not set this value unless you are using aliased email. If the sending email address and FROM parameter in the email does not match it is most likely going to the spam folder.

An Email Alias is required for connections using username in IMAP / SMTP configuration. Find out more in this article.

For now, you can use an alias only to send an email, but replies will still go to your primary email account. Otherwise, we won't be able to provide you with accurate email statistics as we don't have access to that other account. 

Every Email Connection can have different email alias.
