Access team member campaigns from admin account

If you are an admin (manager of your team) it is very easy to log in as a team member:

  • Log in to your Autoklose account

  • Click on your initials in the top right corner, and select My Team from the drop-down menu

  • Hover over a team member, click on 3 dots on the right side and select "Log in as this user"

This option will give full access to the team member's account. A manager can change settings, adjust campaigns, add contacts, tags, etc…

When done, just hit the Log out button in the blue box in the top right corner.

This action will bring you back to your main account.

The feature that allows you to log in as a team member is available only for the team managers. It is enabled by default with a new team created, but if for some reason this is not the case, please reach out to the support via chat or
