You can update your display name at any time.

• Log into your Autoklose account
• Click on your initials at the top right and click on Settings.
• Click on the Account tab.
  
• Profile name on this screen is used within Autoklose in all reports and team communication. Additionally, by default, this name will be set as Sender's name for each newly connected email account. Of course, this can be edited in Email settings.
• You can update it at any point by clicking on Change Profile.
• Click Save changes to save changes, or Cancel to discard changes.

Every Email Connection can have a different Sender Name. By default, it will be prefilled with Profile Name. To change it:

• Click on your initials on the top right and click on Settings.
• Click on the Email tab.
• Click Manage under desired Email Connection.
• Input and save changes under Sender's Full Name.
