Autoklose can connect and send emails from your Google email account. In order to allow Autoklose to connect to your account, please connect it:

• Log into Autoklose with your account
• Click on Your Initials at the top right and click on Settings
• Click on the Email tab
• Click on the Connect email account button
  
• Click on Connect Google Account
  
• Google login screen will appear. Please provide your Gmail or Google Apps for Work email address.
• Please enter the password for this account.
• If successful Google will ask you to give Autoklose permissions to manage your email. Please click on Allow. Please note that:
  - Autoklose will never delete any of your emails. 
  - Autoklose will not access, view, or modify any of your old emails.
  - Autoklose does not record any email information for your emails. It simply automates sending and reads incoming emails that have been tagged as part of campaigns sent by Autoklose to automatically file bounces, out-of-office replies, and various responses.
• Please note that it will take up to 3 minutes to connect to your account. If there are any errors they will be clearly displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Now that your account is connected you can start your first campaign.

Please note that accounts connected using the "Connect Google" button, have an additional option to choose "Sending type".

There are two types of sending: via API and SMTP, where SMTP provides a bit more flexibility, less dependency on rate limits, and is overall simpler for basic email sending. 
To access this setting, click on the "Manage" button for connection, and under "Sending Type" click the "Change" button. Once done with the setup, Save Changes and from that moment your Google email account will use that sending type.

All newly connected Google accounts are by default set to OAuth sending via SMTP.
