There is a limit for the number of leads you can import at once, and it is set at 10000.

The system have two counters- one for all contacts that match your filter criteria, and second for the number of contacts you want to include in your campaign. 

Second counter is set to 2000 contacts by default. 

This process encourages you to create relatively smaller campaigns in terms of the numbers of recipients, so that you can test different options and change the copy more often.

However, if you want to import more contacts in your campaigns, you can manually type the number you want, and you can go up to 10000 contacts. After selecting these initial contacts and starting a campaign, you can repeat the search and the contacts you have already downloaded from the DataUnlimited are automatically excluded. 

This means that you will never download them twice, and you can be sure that all the contacts in a single campaign are unique.
