As of October 2022. GoDaddy started migrating from Workspace Email to Microsoft 365. In case your email account is among the ones that are being migrated (check your email client for any email notifications from GoDaddy), please use the setup for Microsoft 365 and disregard the settings provided below. Instructions to connect an email account using Microsoft 365 IMAP/SMTP credentials can be found in this article. 

Autoklose can connect and send emails from your GoDaddy email account. Please follow the steps below:

• Log into Autoklose with your account
• Click on Your Name at the top right and click on Settings
• Click on the Email tab
• Click on the Connect email account button
• Choose the Connect Another Provider option.

• Fill out your E-mail address and your password for your GoDaddy account.
  IMAP (expand to view and fill)
  Server/Host: imap.secureserver.net
  Encryption: SSL
  Port: 993
  SMTP
  Server/Host: smtpout.secureserver.net
  Encryption: SSL
  Port: 465

  

• Click Save to connect or Cancel to discard changes. Please note that it will take up to 3 minutes to connect to your account. If there are any errors they will be clearly displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Now that your account is connected you can start or resume your campaigns.
