Getting started #3 - Set up your signature

You can set your default email signature that will be used in Campaigns.

Follow the steps:

  • Log into your Autoklose account
  • Click on your initials in the top-right corner
  • Click on the Settings option
  • Click on Email tab
  • Click the Manage button under the desired connection/account
  • Click Change Signature next to the Email signature box

  • Write or paste any email signature you would like. You can add images and links to appropriate social services as you wish.
  • If you have an HTML signature make sure to paste it using the source code option (View - <> Source code) - you would need to copy the signatures' HTML code from an external source.

  • Click Save changes to update your signature or Cancel to discard changes.

Please note, that complex HTML signature requires a little bit of technical knowledge, and sometimes it's not simple to find the appropriate source code.

Advanced and Accelerated Klosers have access to a super useful PowerPaste feature. It allows easy and simple signature creation. Copy the signature from your email client, and paste it directly to Signature. Choose an option to Keep Formatting, and that is it, the signature is already done.

If you have an HTML signature and you find it hard to set it up inside Autoklose or if you have any questions do not hesitate to initiate a live chat.

Every Email Connection can have a different signature. Currently, it is not possible to simply copy-paste signatures from one connection to another due to attachment limits. If you wish to add the same signature, copy the code (Source button) and paste it under new connection Signature settings. Remove all images and re-upload them to be sure all attachments are properly saved.
