Log into your Autoklose account.

There are two different ways to export recipients in Autoklose.

Campaign specific export:

  • Click on the Campaigns on the left of the page.

  • Click on the name of the campaign you want to export the recipients from.

  1. To export the full list of recipients and their campaign activity until that moment, go to the Details tab

Click on the Download Recipients button and all the recipients will be exported in a CSV. file. This export will show basic information about number of opens, click or replies as well as do not email status or reason for it.

  2. In case you would like to export a more detailed file about each campaign statistics separately click on the desired statistics tab: Sent, Opened, Replied. For the Export option to appear it is necessary to select at least one recipient. Downloaded files have information specific to the statistics tab from which it was exported, for example, Sent has the timestamp of each sent email, Clicked contains information about specific links that were clicked on and finally Replied with reply type and timestamps.

Export from the Contacts section:

  • Click on the Contactson the left of the page.

  •  If you want to download contacts based on certain parameters you can use Filter to find the contacts before downloading.

  • Available filters: Added by (member of the team that initially imported the contact), Status (used for filtering active or do not email contacts), Engagement (filter contact per engagements in campaigns), Active in (used for filtering contacts that are active as recipients in a specific campaign/s), Activity type (used for filtering contacts based on the contact activity within all campaigns), Contacts sources (used for filtering contacts based on upload type), Tags (used for filtering contacts based on the assigned tag), Do not contain tags (change the selector and filter contacts that don't have a tag assigned to them), Location, Organization and Title fields (used for filtering contacts based on the information that you have on each contact), Date range (used for filtering contacts based on the upload date), Validated (used for filtering contacts based on the validation date), Timezone, Points and Last Contacted.

  • Mark the contacts that you want to download by checking the box prior to the email address and make sure to include all contacts.

  • Press the Export Contacts button at the top of the page.

  • Export CSV provides additional options where you can choose to keep your selection and only Export Selected, Export All contacts from the database, and Export Range of contacts where you can select how many contacts to download.

  • From the Table Columns section select or deselect columns that you would like to show in the CSV and once ready hit Export CSV.

If the selection contains less than 10 000 contacts, the file will be immediately exported. In case there are more than 10,000 contacts you will receive an email from Autoklose with the cloud link where all your contacts are stored so you can download them externally.
