Yes, we recently introduced the custom field filter option, and it can be used for segmenting, tagging, and grouping. 

When you create a custom field it will be shown in the filter option, and then you will be able to mark and select it from your options. To create a custom field inside Autoklose click here.

The same thing goes for the data source, as you can find it among your filters.

Steps: 

  1. Go to your Autoklose Contacts;
  2. Click "Filter".
