Regular vs Drip Campaign.

Regular campaign or any newly created campaign starts with "Any reply" condition and "Stop campaign" action. This means that once contacts reply they are removed from the sequence, which means that they won't receive the next follow-up.

In case you do want emails from the sequence to continue sending even after recipients reply, and create a Drip campaign, here is how to do so.

  • The simplest way is just to completely delete the default condition which removes recipients after reply.

Drip campaign is set just by removing the default condition.

  • A more customized way to create a drip is not by removing the default condition, but by changing the action. Action should not be to "Stop campaign", "Add to Do not Email list" and "Add domain to Do not Email list". Something like "Apply a tag" IF email is replied to is still considered a Drip campaign, and recipients will continue receiving emails from the sequence.

Bounced and Unsuscbribed (via the unsubscribe link or a reply) contacts are always removed from the sequence.
