If you are an admin (manager of your team) it is very easy to add a team member.

  • Log in to your Autoklose account

  • Go to the My Team page on the left side

  • Click Invite member to invite one by one member OR

  • Upload a CSV with email addresses of your team members

This file should contain only Email address column. If necessary, the template for this file can be found on the Upload CSV option or directly via this link.

  • Those users will receive an email from Autoklose to accept the invite and create unique accounts.

  • Please keep in mind that in case you are managing multiple Autoklose accounts you can't be logged into your account while accepting the invitation. You have to either log out from your account or use a different browser to accept the invitation.

Invite status can be checked on the Invites tab.
If there is a need, invites that are not yet accepted can be withdrawn. Hover over the invite and click the Withdraw Invite option on the right side. In case an invite is being sent out, but member is not able to receive it, please reach out to the support team at support@autoklose.com or by chat option while logged in at the bottom right.

If you can’t add a team member most likely there are not enough available slots so it is necessary to remove some members or purchase additional team seats. This article explains how to easily manage and remove team members from the team.

To purchase additional seats contact our sales team at hello@autoklose.com or read this article about how to do it yourself.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to initiate a live chat.

Happy klosing! :)

Your autoklose.com team!
